There are hundreds of real estate and development updates in the UAE every day, yet Wynn Al Marjan’s site isn’t just another progress report. The brief was to show the region, and the world, that while the site is still under construction, Wynn Al Marjan is already setting the bar high and building excitement ahead of its 2027 opening, which promises to be unlike anything seen or experienced before.
IDEA
Leverage the DP World Tour in Ras Al Khaimah and bring a taste of the golfing action to Wynn’s construction site and marina by creating a floating green - a 220-yard shot from 22 stories up. The game’s finest, including Pádraig Harrington, Thorbjørn Olesen, Ryan Fox, and media personalities and creators like Chris McHardy, and Alex Riggs, took their swing at making the highest hole-in-one. But the stakes weren’t just for bragging rights. The shot that landed earned an AED 1 million donation to Heroes of Hope, a UAE-based nonprofit. Cranes and concrete aside, the stunt brought a taste of Wynn to the region, setting the stage for what’s to come long before the doors open.
